NEPA Meghalaya Recruitment 2023: 

North Eastern Police Academy, NEPA Meghalaya invites eligible candidates to attend the Interview on 21.11.2023 for the posts of MTS Cook, Dhobi, Life Guard, Constable (Motor Mechanic), Constable (Band) and Constable (GD) on Direct Recruitment basis.

1. Post Name:- MTS (Cook)

• No of posts:- 1 [OBC:1]
• Age limit:- 18 to 25 years (Relaxable for Government Servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government).
• Salary:- Paly level-1, Rs. 18,000- 56,900
• Essential Qualification:– Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution.
• Other Qualification: –
  (i) Knowledge of preparation of dishes in the kitchen of various messes with a minimum of two years experience in any catering establishment; and
  (ii) Must have qualified in trade test.

2. Post Name:- MTS (Dhobi)

• No of posts:- 1 [UR:1]
• Age limit:- 18 to 25 years (Relaxable for Government Servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government).
• Salary:- Paly level-1, Rs. 18,000- 56,900
• Essential Qualification:- Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution.
• Other Qualification: –
  (i) Knowledge of washing and ironing clothes with a minimum of two years experience; and
  (ii) Must have qualified in trade test.

3. Post Name:- Life Guard

• No of posts:- 2 [UR:2]
• Age limit:- 18 to 25 years (Relaxable for Government Servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government).
• Salary:- Paly level-2, Rs. 19,900- 63,200
• Essential Qualification:- Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or equivalent; and
• Possessing:-
  (i) Certificate in swimming from a recognized institute of sports; and
  (ii) Two years of practical experience as Life Guard or Swimming job in a Government or Commercial Organization.
• Desirable:- Diploma in swimming from a recognized institute of sports.

4. Post Name:- Constable (Motor Mechanic)

• No of posts:- 1 [UR:1]
• Age limit:- 18 to 27 years (Relaxable for Government Servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government).
• Salary:- Paly level-1, Rs. 18,000- 56,900
• Essential Qualification:- Matriculation or 10th Pass equivalent from a recognized Board or University with
  (ii) Diploma in Motor Mechanism from a recognized institution; and
  (iii) Should possess a valid driving license for light, medium, and heavy vehicles.
• Experience:-
  (i) Two years experience in vehicle repairs in some establishment/workshop.
  (ii) Must have qualified in trade test.

5. Post Name:- Constable (Band)

• No of posts:- 3 [UR:1, OBC:1, SC:1]
• Age limit:- 18 to 27 years (Relaxable for Government Servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government).
• Salary:- Paly level-1, Rs. 18,000- 56,900
• Essential Qualification:- Matriculation or 10th pass from a recognized Board and Possessing experience playing musical instruments such as Beguile or Side drum.

6. Post Name:- Constable (GD)

• No of posts:- 2 [UR:1, SC:1]
• Age limit:- 18 to 27 years (Relaxable for Government Servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government).
• Salary:- Paly level-1, Rs. 18,000- 56,900
• Essential Qualification:- Matriculation or 10th Pass from a recognized Board.
