The Directorate of Horticulture, Meghalaya has released an employment notification for recruiting the Technical Assistant on a contract basis under the office of the Assistant Director of Horticulture. Mushroom Development Centre, Upper Shillong.

1. Technical Assistant
- No of posts:- 4 (Four)
- Age limit:- As per Govt of Meghalaya norms.
- Salary:- Fixed salary of Rs.25,000/- Rupees (Twenty-five Thousand) only.
- Educational Qualification:- M.Sc Plant Pathology/ M.Sc Microbiology (Mycology)/ M.Sc Biotechnology (plant)/ M.Sc Botany (Plant Pathology/Mycology).
- Preference will be given to candidates having certificate course/ working experience in mushroom Spawn production Laboratory/ Production Unit.
