District Selection Committee, Ri Bhoi District invites applications (online mode only) from
permanent residents of Meghalaya for the below-mentioned 134 no’s
Grade-III and Grade-IV posts.

Age limit: With cabinet approval on 19 December
2023 for condonation of age the over-aged passed-out trainees are also eligible
to apply provided they attain the mentioned Diploma/Course.
The Condonation of age will apply only to this
recruitment cycle and will not serve as a precedent for future recruitment in
the same post. However, candidates whose names may not be mentioned in the list
of condonation of age but fall under the required age with required
qualifications may also be allowed.

Age limit
Candidate should not be less than 18 years of age
and not more than 32 years of age as of January 2024. There is a relaxation of
5 years in the upper age limit for candidates belonging to scheduled
caste/Scheduled Tribe community. Further, there shall be no age limit for
candidates who are already in service of the Government of Meghalaya provided
they entered service within the prescribed age limit and they apply through
proper channels with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Concerned
department. For persons with disabilities (PWDs) age is relaxable by 10 years
(15 years for ST/SC) applicable to posts where reservation is admissible to
PWDs as per Government Notification.

& IV?
Candidates are to apply and submit their
applications through online mode only by clicking on the link provided on the
main page of the Ri Bhoi district website viz. https://ribhoi.gov.in/ .
The last date for submission of the application
is extended to 30.09.2024. Only candidates who are registered will be able to
apply online. Candidates who have already registered may log in and apply
directly against the advertised vacancies/posts indicated above. Fresh
candidates will first have to register themselves. You will be required to
supply a valid email ID and a scanned copy of your recent passport photograph
(in .jpg/jpeg format only not exceeding 50 KB) along with your signature at the
bottom of the photograph. Candidates are requested to check and update their
profile before applying.

Fee
The examination fee of Rs.
100/- (Half the rate (i.e. Rs. 50/-) for ST/SC who are permanent
residents of Meghalaya) shall be paid through online mode only using the
following payment. The amount once deposited shall not be refunded.

E-Challan (Cash payment)
For persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWDs),
the application fee is exempted subject to the furnishing of Disability
Certificate to the DSC. Please note that you need to enter the correct
16-character Application Code generated from the Website at the time of
applying for the post correctly, failing which your payment will not be
